Responsible for the processing and fulfilment of client orders, duties will include;
- Receiving stock into the warehouse.
- Ensuring goods received match enclosed documentation and purchase order details.
- Updating the computerised system and allocating goods to warehouse location.
- Performing spot checks on goods received, ensuring quantities are accurate against documentation.
- Picking multiple orders using picking slips.
- Packaging items appropriately for despatch, in accordance with specific client requirements.
- Logging of all goods for despatch on computer system.
- Maintain stock and warehouse to high standard.
- Undertake ad hoc and delegated projects as directed by the Warehouse Leadership Team.
- Contributing to regular stock takes.
- Using pump trucks and flexi trucks.
- Undertake any other duties as requested.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years experience of working within a fast paced warehouse environment. You will preferably have forklift licences, but this is not essential.
