Due to continued success and expansion our client require an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to work within their small and busy team. The successful candidate will speak fluent English and any additional languages would be advantageous but not essential. Recent and previous sales export experience is essential. Duties will include:

Dealing with enquiries and providing excellent customer service to export customers.
Dealing with complaints/problems
Supplying customers with new product information.
Arranging sample supplies of new products.
Processing export orders.
Coordinating the export despatches
Ensuring adequate credit facilities are in place for each order
Production of all required export documentation eg – letters of credit and Bills of lading
Liaising with freight agents, being in direct contact with Forwarders and Distribution Centres and providing them with all relevant documentation.

You must be confident in using MS Word and Excel.
