You will notice that comments have been mostly disabled on this site. My profound apologies for this…I'd love to have discussions and comments enabled as it makes for a more enjoyable experience. Unfortunately (it's an involved explanation involving PageRank, Google and SEO) this site is a desirable target for spammers to do their spamming.
So, when it got to more than 100/day that were getting through the filters, enough was enough and I was forced to disable comments as it was just taking up too much time for no purpose.
If you genuinely have something Cambridgeshire-related that you think belongs on the site; comments are enabled on this post and there's also the contact form. Spam will just be deleted.
My previous webhost wiped out all of my sites with no warning. Not sure if I want to say who it was or not in these litigious times…but you know who you are, Mochahost.
Normal service will be resumed as soon as we find out what normal is anyway.
